Sustainable dish planning
For future-proof sustainable community catering in Berlin
The demands on Berlin school caterers are becoming more and more demanding: They have to cook sustainable and tasty dishes, make their recipes DGE-compliant and much more.
During the workshop "Sustainable dish planning" we offer solutions for these challenges. We provide an insight into sustainability facets and support in planning sustainable and delicious dishes, optimizing recipes and easily calculating sustainability.
